Every item is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Because our products are made to order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is shipped.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been produced.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders shipped to Puerto Rico are shipped domestically through USPS or other available carriers whenever applicable.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipping label has been created.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, GONZZZALO is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Natural disasters
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the order has already entered production or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, GONZZZALO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost during transit, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we'll work with you to provide the appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.
