We want you to love your purchase. Because our products are made to order, please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We have a 30-day return request policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided only after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Print-on-Demand Products
All GONZZZALO apparel and merchandise are made to order through our fulfillment partner.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Changing your mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect

- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your order qualifies for a replacement due to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order products
- Personalized or custom products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Products damaged through misuse or normal wear

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right may not apply to products that are custom-made or produced specifically for your order, where permitted by applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
